BELGRADE It would be very bad if some in the Croat government intentionally spread false information about Serbia's involvement arms trafficking, says Aleksandar Vucic. Serbia's deputy prime minister referred to the arms found in the Croatian port of Rijeka last week, and also stated that it was Serbia that uncovered the weapons trafficking scheme. "It was Serbia that uncovered weapons trafficking" "Serbian agencies have all the information needed about who is involved in this weapons trafficking incident and will provide that information to the Croatian authorities so they would not embarrass themselves before their own and foreign public," said Vucic. "What I can say is that Croatia did not uncover anything. They did not find anything, we did. We informed them verbally and in writing and we have evidence for that, and officials of the world's largest agencies know about it," Vucic stated, adding that he did not understand what it was about other than an attempt to detabilize Serbia and harm its reputation. "We hope it was an unintended error by the Croatian authorities," he pointed out. The Croatian customs said on Friday they could not provide details regarding a shipping container with military gear that was found at the Rijeka port 8 days earlier until the investigation concerning the case was completed.
