Serbian police (MUP) have filed misdemeanor charges against President Boris Tadic for alcohol consumption at a sports venue. Tadic is charged with violating the Law on Prevention of Violence and Indecent Behavior at Sports Events when he celebrated Serbia's World Cup qualification with a glass of champagne, police specified in a statement issued in Belgrade on Friday. MUP gives president "champagne headache" Football association and state officials Tomislav Karadzic, Aleksandar Antic and Snezana Markovic-Samardzic face the same charges. They were all caught on camera at the stadium celebrating last weekend's 5-0 victory over Romania with a bottle of champagne.
