Convict Djuro Dragovic was arrested on Friday with a kilogram of heroin after being released for the weekend from prison. According to Interior Minister Ivica Dacic, Dragovic was arrested in an action of the Service for the Fight Against Organized Crime and the Novi Sad police during an exchange of a kilogram of heroin with Savan Luburic and Goran Golic, both from Novi Sad. Heroin dealer arrested in Novi Sad Dragovic was released from prison for the weekend and is already serving time for smuggling 60 kilograms of heroin, the Interior Minister said, adding that Dragovic is also suspected in the kidnapping of the Todorovic brothers in Zlatibor. Dacic said that Dragovic tried to run when police showed up to apprehend him. Dragovic is currently serving a ten year sentence after being convicted four years ago as the organizer of a drug smuggling group.

Dragović was released from prison for the weekend and is already serving time for smuggling 60 kilograms of heroin, the Interior Minister said, adding that Dragović is also suspected in the kidnapping of the Todorović brothers in Zlatibor.Dačić said that Dragović tried to run when police showed up to apprehend him.
