Yeah, this guy shows some promise as far as his chances of quitting crime. It's about time he got sentenced to a lengthy stint because slaps on the wrist he's received thus far obviously ain't working.
I thought,leastwise the serbs and their government is telling us, that crime and heroin dealers exist only in Kosovo.I could never thought that someling like that happened in Serbia!

Hmmm, not sure how there is a worse penalty than killing someone. Perhaps killing them twice (this doesn't make any sense either, if that's what you meant...)?
Whoever is distributing this stuff should be killed, and those who consume it should face much higher penalties. That is the only way to stop this, by having harsh penalties. Malasia kills at once if someone has possession of drugs... and they DO NOT have any problem with these dumb drugs.
