Interpol has issued a "red warrant" for the arrest of Miladin Kovacevic, accused of assaulting a fellow student in the U.S. That effectively means that all the organization's signatory states are obliged to arrest him. Interpol warrant for student's arrest Interpol's website states that Kovacevic is wanted for crimes against "life and health". The warrant was issued following a ruling by Broome District Court in Binghamton, New York.
