In the first six months of this year, the Serbian budget recorded a EUR 16.4mn surplus, the Finance Ministry has announced. From January to June, Serbian budget revenue was EUR 3.86bn, while expenditure was EUR 3.84bn. Finance Ministry: Budget in black Last year budget revenue was EUR 7.3bn, while expenditure was EUR 7bn, creating a surplus of EUR 163mn.
