The Trade and Services Ministry will fine companies that indicate the existence of Kosovo as a state. According to a ministry statement, market inspectors will prohibit any display of these products and order any such markings to be removed. Fines for products listing Kosovo as separate entity Instead of a product on the Serbian market listing its importer and distributor for Kosovo, “Kosovo, Serbia”, “Kosovo/Serbia”, “Kosovo/1244 RS” can be used, provided that those labels do not suggest the existence of a separate territory, the statement adds.
