Tenfjord je prve godine svog života provela živeći u Grčkoj, pre nego što se kasnije sa porodicom preselila u Norvešku, gde se našla u istom školskom odeljenju kao i nordijska pop zvezda Sigrid.

Pohvaljene od strane uticajnih publikacija uključujući The Fader i NME, njene pesme su putovale širom sveta uz podršku poput Spotifi-a i Apple-a, kao i zahvaljujući tome što je komponovala muziku za Netfliksovu seriju Spinning Out.

Kada se ne bavi muzikom, Amanda studira medicinu i stažira u bolnici na kovid odeljenju.
