According to a Beta news agency report, they marked International Pride Day.

The event was dedicated to solidarity with the Roma community, and passed without incidents.

Those gathered walked from Manjež Park via Svetozara Markovića, Njegoševa, and Beogradska streets, up to a memorial dedicated to Dušan Jovanović, a Roma boy who was killed by skinheads in the 1990s.

During the gathering and the walk the traffic was not suspended, but was diverted into one lane. The police was out in force to secure the event.
