Romanian car "unsuitable" for Montenegrin municipality head

Muhovic, who heads the Bosniak Party, has replaced the car with an Opel, the Podgorica-based daily Vijesti reported.

"A car like Dacia is not appropriate for the level of municipal president," Muhovic explained.

He further stated that while a Romanian car would be good enough for "communal police and (vendors of) Rainbow vacuum cleaners," it was "not for a president."

The Dacia was a gift from Petnjica-born Slovenian businessman Izet Rastoder, who spoke to Muhovic via the media to tell him to "return the car since it doesn't suit him."

Rastoder earlier bought two vehicles as gifts to the new municipality that a year ago separated from the municipality of Berane.
