Serbia’s exports grow by 33 percent

Serbia exported goods worth USD 1.88bn in the first two months of 2013 which is by 33.7 percent higher than in the same period last year.

At the same time, imports have increased by 6.8 percent, daily Večernje novosti writes.

A total foreign trade amounted to USD 4.81bn in January and February 2013 which is by 15.9 percent higher than in the same period of 2012, the Republic Statistical Office has released.

The foreign trade deficit was reduced by 21.4 percent to USD 1.05bn.
