The customs duty will also be reduced for important agricultural products. The zero customs duty applies to new and seconds-hand cars, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, copper, machines, electrical products, spare parts for tractors, fur, products made of concrete, plaster and cement, rubber, Indian rubber and ceramic products.

According to the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), import of all the industrial products will be liberalized as of 2014, which means that the customs duty for import of all these products will be zero.
