BELGRADE Serbian Prime Minister Ivica Dacic has announced a meeting with representatives of the Kosovo authorities from Pristina for the middle of November. This will in effect be a continuation of the political dialogue with Pristina, he told the Belgrade-based daily Blic. PM Dacic: Our red lines on Kosovo unchanged Dacic added that top state officials would also meet and discuss the upcoming negotiations. According to him, this was planned to take place on Wednesday. "Serbia is ready for negotiations, our red lines are known, they have not changed. On the sidelines of the political dialogue there will be talks on telecommunications and energy," the newspaper reported the prime minister as saying. Dacic also stated that "parallel with the politicial dialogue, a part of the so-called technical talks" would be taking place, and that he had tasked ministers Zorana Mihajlovic and Rasim Ljajic to take part in this: "These two ministries - to the degree to which the subjects will be from their domain - will be included in the negotiations, so that we could reach better solutions." According to the daily, as the talks continue, Dacic would once again meet and negotiate with the prime minister of Kosovo's interim institutions, Hashim Thaci.
