Well, Dean, in that case we can also say that the independence of Kosovo is not a done deal either. When Albanian commentators here say that Serbia will never rule in Kosovo again, we can say that that may actually happen, as things do not stay the same in perpetuity. We agree on quite a lot, Dean, except that you re great.

Dacic doesn't call the shots in Serbia, Nikolic does. Dacic is merely a figurehead who is attending the talks with the criminal Thaci for appearances. Nikolic will not recognize Kosovo as independent because to do so would be political suicide. The longer Nikolic holds out, the more likely Albanian-run Kosovo will implode. The reality is that Kosovo is a criminal state run by thugs and drug dealers. The Albanian leadership there has set Kosovo back 50 years. Look at Albania, it is the poorest and most isolated country in Europe. I think they just got running water last week. How can anyone expect Albanians to run Kosovo in a modern and civilized manner if they can't even bring their mother country into the 21st century.

''And how exactly will that red color change to orange, Dean. I did not find your comment smart at all, just a vague opinion. I gave you a thumbs down.

Even tho you ''broke my heart'',by thumbing down my comment,i have to admit that i respect your opinion. At the end of the day,Honesty counts more than Hypocrisy, therefore i respect your decision.
Now,about the ''red'' colour.I guess i was inspired from the Red T-shirt i bought few months ago at United Colors of Benetton. It's not red anymore, but kind of orange.Since then i have reached the conclusion that everything CHANGES and Nothing is fixed in Time. And don't tell me that this is not ''smart'' conclusion i have reached to......lol.
Dean the Great(yes the Great.I do usually pay compliments to myself)

Dacic, understand the fact that you're in no position call out shots. You're there to observe carefully what the conditions are for Serbia to get accession date talks. First and foremost, Serbia has to normalize its relations with Prishtina authorities. Secondly, Serbia will have to stop investing the very small budget left in Serbian government to North Kosova, which happens to cause nothing but problems. We know Dacic can be bought out easily, look at him having meetings with Thaci, I'm sure he shook his hand just like Tadic did, even though I thought Tadic did it publicly and did it with guts. Unlike this little girl A.K.A. Little Sloba who hides behind cameras to shake Thacis hand so he would not lose Serbian support. Serbs, I know you thought you picked the right guy, just when you thought you had it going completely fine, this little girl will disappoint you before you know it.

Dacic, you have no Red Lines. You're presence at those meetings is to make sure you tell your government what you need to do from here on, and stop your childish games. I wonder why didn't you ask Thaci about his accusations from Serbian government? I wonder why didn't you bring up that topic? You have no evidence with a bit of legitimacy for you to even mention that.

Of course, you will meet, H. Thaci! We know as you do, that all the Serb allegations against him are false! They were a Serb creation, to prevent these very talks from taking place! Good try Serbia, but no cigar! Now make sure your compromise's at the next meeting will be the right ones, we kosovars don't like to be delayed to much! Our patience is starting to run out! It would be quite embarrassing for Serbia to have, Kosova security forces at the doorsteps of Belgrade....

However, all, if you see Thaci and Dacic actually engaged in political dialogue, whose red line has been crossed? I thought the Albanian side said they'd only engage in technical talks? Perhaps Thaci has smartened a bit and now knows that to compromise, one has to capitulate some.

Of course it will be changed one day, mister Dacic, and we all know it.The ''red'' color wil be washed out 1 day and will turn into ''orange'' and so on.Mother Nature at work, babe.Till then enjoy the false sense of security you feeding yourself with. Dean the Great,Berat,ALBANIA.(any thumbs up about my comment will do the trick.I am a little bit selfish, and i like pozitive reactions when i say ''smart things'',like my above comment.......Lol)

Serbian position is no change:
1. Pretend to do talks with other side.
2. Get lots of money as consequence from naive West, like chocolate bar for little boy.
3. When receive money, stop talks.
