NOVI SAD Vojvodina Assembly Speaker Istvan Pastor said Wednesday that problems related to the autonomy of Vojvodina could be resolved by passing a constitutional law. According to him, a constitutional law on the jurisdictions of the province, which would have the same strength as the Constitution, would resolve the issue.
