FM Vuk Jeremic sent a letter on Thursday in which he thanks the countries that have not recognized Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence. He expressed gratitude because these countries were uphelding the UN Charter and voiced his hope that they would continue respecting Serbia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. FM thanks those that refused to recognize The letter, addressed to the foreign ministers, states that the coming period is very important for the final decision by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the legality of the unilateral proclamation made by the province's provisional authorities, Jeremic also noted that the ICJ decision "must not be obstructed in any way".
