German ambassador to Serbia Wolfram Maas told B92 that the process of applying for EU candidacy should be taken step by step. He said that he is not sure whether applying before the end of the year would work to Serbia’s advantage, taking into consideration that the implementation of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA) should begin before the application is sent.
