Ex-KPC try to force way into KSF building

Former members of the Kosovo Protection Corps, KPC, protested in Pristina on Monday. Unhappy that they were not accepted into the newly formed Kosovo Security Forces, KSF, they tried to force their way into the KSF main building, reports said. Ex-KPC try to force way into KSF building The forced entry was prevented by police but also by a number of former KPC members, who said that they no longer recognize the protest's organizational board. Despite the calls for a peaceful protest, the participants caused the incident. The same building also houses the Kosovo Albanian Ministry of the KSF. Local media in Pristina reported that "special police units intervened without using force". The protesters announced they would continue with their daily gatherings until their demand is met to have the way in which KSF filled its ran reexamined.
