Bosnia to try Croat for war crimes on Serbs

The Bosnian Prosecution raised an indictment yesterday against Croat Toma Jurinović for war crimes against Serb civilians in Kotor Varoš during the civil war.

The Bosnian Prosecution raised an indictment yesterday against Croat Toma Jurinovic for war crimes against Serb civilians in Kotor Varos during the civil war. According to the indictment, on July 31, 1992, Jurinovic, together with Marko Skrobic and three other armed members of the Croat Defense Council (HVO), expelled Serb B.G., his wife, three daughters and father, S.G., from their house and took them to the village of Ravna. B.G.’s family was then taken to Ravna and imprisoned inside a school building, where B.G. was subjected to interrogation and abuse. Jurinovic was born in 1963 in Duratovci in Kotor Varos municipality and resides in Croatia. He has dual Bosnian and Croatian citizenship.

Jurinović was born in 1963 in Duratovci in Kotor Varoš municipality and resides in Croatia. He has dual Bosnian and Croatian citizenship.
