"expelled Serb B.G., his wife, three daughters and father, S.G., from their house and took them to the village of Ravna... Škrobić shot S.G. dead."

So S.G. would have been the grandfather to the little girls. I notice that the Croats were particularly cruelest to the elderly Serbs. Maybe because they were witnesses or survivors to the WWII crimes?

"Incase you haven't noticed, Bosnia does arrest its own people and they are taken to the Haugue."

And let off with pathetic sentences (Delic, Oric et al)that curiously enough seem to reflect who was really 'most guilty' in Bosnia.

The ICTY is an institutionally racist construct. The fact that its remit explicitly excludes investigations into war crimes by those outside the territory of the former yugoslavia testifies to this.

None of this happened in a vacuum. Who continued to supply weapons, training etc. for 3.5 years until the 'right side' won, even though Dayton is substantially the same to the Cutihlero(sp?) plan of 1992?

The ICTY makes lofty claims about 'brining the full history of this conflict to light' - that is everything it considers fit and completely ignores the role of outside powers who not only guaranteed the war through 'advice' and vague promises of partizan intervention, but pretended there was an arms embargo whilst supplying weapons by themselves and their proxies to a war zone.

If the ICTY is legally considered such a successful model for dealing with war crimes, then why is the newly established International Criminal Court (ICC) modelled on different lines? Could it be that the big powers would not want to submit themselves to the same 'quality' and 'partizanship' that forms the base of the ICTY, not to mention they don't have control over the ICC's purse strings like they do of the ICTY?

Another Lebanon??? ... I don't know where to start with that. I'll be brief and say your jealousy of a Croat being arrested is cowardly and unjust. Incase you haven't noticed, Bosnia does arrest its own people and they are taken to the Haugue.

It's ironic how the so called Islamic lead Bosnian gov. can arrest Croats & Serbs at will but will never arrest their own war criminals. Why aren't the war criminals who massacred Serbs around Eastern Bosnia and Croats in Central Bosnia being arrested (Mujahaddin). That's right instead of arresting them they give them Bosnian citizenship and passports. E.U grow up and stop letting Bosnia become another lebanon.
