EXIT Festival wins Top Serbian Brands award

The winners are named every year based on an independent market survey, with the main criteria being brand recognition, top quality, consumer satisfaction, excellence, and business results.

EXIT won the award in the Festival category, and the 2014 laureates include companies and individuals such as tennis player Novak Djokovic, Air Serbia, Carlsberg Serbia and NIS.

After winning the Best European Festival award for two successive years, and the February Award of the City of Novi Sad, being placed among the top Serbian brands is a new recognition for EXIT Adventure, an event that comprises two music festivals in Serbia and Montenegro, the release states.

In 2014, the Exit and Sea Dance festivals attracted 260,000 revelers from more than 50 countries, and this year, owing to the new partnerships in Europe, the number of guests from abroad is expected to rise.

According to the estimates by USAID and relevant state institutions, EXIT contributes some EUR 15 million a year to the Serbian economy through tourism, and, as confirmed by CNN, the role of EXIT in the international promotion of Serbia every year is estimated to worth approximately USD 90 million.

This year's EXIT Adventure will last ten days, kicking off in Novi Sad on July 9 and ending on the Jaz beach in Budva on July 18.

EXIT Festival will celebrate its 15th birthday at the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, and Sea Dance will seek to defend the title of Europe's Best Medium-Sized Festival.

Confirmed acts at the 2015 EXIT Adventure include Motorhead, Hardwell, Rudimental, Adam Beyer, Sigma, Eagles of Death Metal, Chris Liebing, Wilkinson, Octave One and many more.
