Serbia has reacted to decisions to recognize Kosovo's unilateral secession by Poland, Switzerland and Austria. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent protest notes today to the governments of the three countries, which recently opted for the move, despite Serbia's position that the ethnic Albanians' unilateral proclamation and its recognition are illegal and violating the country's sovereign, internationally recognized borders. Serbia orders ambassadors to three countries home Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremic acted in accordance with the government’s Kosovo Action Plan, and ordered ambassadors to Austria and Switzerland, Dragan Velikic and Dragan Marsicanin, to return to Belgrade. Serbia's ambassador to Poland was withdrawn earlier.

Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić acted in accordance with the government’s Kosovo Action Plan, and ordered ambassadors to Austria and Switzerland, Dragan Velikić and Dragan Maršićanin, to return to Belgrade.

Serbia's ambassador to Poland was withdrawn earlier.
