The Albanian language dailies in Pristina today were inspired to print April Fools' Day hoaxes. Kosovo's relationship with official Belgrade was the main subject of these articles. Pristina press: April Fools' headlines Daily Kosova Sot thus ran a headline that said "Serbia recognizes Kosovo's independence", to quickly clarify that it is, after all, an April Fools' joke. Koha Ditore went for a more elaborate hoax, under the headline, "Thaci makes secret deal with Jeremic, details unknown". Epoka e Re newspaper opted for a more local subject to announce from its front page, "DPK-DSK coalition collapses, Thaci resigns". Other Albanian language dailies in Kosovo, according to what Beta news agency's reporters have read, today published stories in the same spirit.
