The hearing of Rasim Delic, accused of responsibility for atrocities against Croats and Serbs, begins in Sarajevo. Delic trial temporarily moves to Sarajevo At the request of the prosecution, and in line with the Hague’s Code on Procedures and Evidence, the trial has temporarily moved to Sarajevo, because of the particular circumstances pertaining to the witness in question, reported BHT1. Delic, the former chief of the Bosnian Muslim Army, whose trial began in July last year is accused of command responsibility for the murder, cruel treatment and rape of imprisoned Croat and Serb soldiers and civilians committed by members of the El Mujahid unit and other members of the Bosnian Army in central Bosnia, between 1993 and 1995.

At the request of the prosecution, and in line with the Hague’s Code on Procedures and Evidence, the trial has temporarily moved to Sarajevo, because of the particular circumstances pertaining to the witness in question, reported BHT1.
