Russians present new MiG-29 versions to Serbian military

Russian military aircraft maker MiG has presented the capabilities of its MiG-29 fighter jets - in versions M and M2 - to a delegation of the Serbian Army (VS).

Russian military aircraft maker MiG has presented the capabilities of its MiG-29 fighter jets - in versions M and M2 - to a delegation of the Serbian Army (VS). The company announced it its regular report that the presentation was given to potential buyers, which also included delegations from Egypt and Croatia. The Beta news agency learned officially from the VS Air Force and Air Defense that the aircraft were shown in Russia.

The two versions of the fighter jet - while being a part of the MiG-29 series that was launched in 1977 - in effect represent a simplified, export-oriented variant of the MiG-35.
