This is reported by TASS referring to the press release of the regional branch of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

"According to preliminary information, the student brought a firearm to the school and fired several shots, after which three people were injured. The girl who carried out the attack committed suicide," the police announced, adding that the motives and circumstances of the incident are being investigated.

The fire was opened by a student of the 8th grade. She fired from her father's gun.

The police are currently at the scene of the crime, while operational services previously announced that the girl was an eighth-grade student and that she used her father's gun in the shooting.

The police surrounded the school building. All students were evacuated.
