Shoigu stated that peaceful life is being established on the territories of the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics (LNR / DNR) and Ukraine, which are under the control of Russian forces.He pointed out that the Russian forces, together with the units of the self-proclaimed LNR and DNR, are expanding their control over those territories, RIA Novosti reports.
Shoigu reiterated that transports of NATO weapons and ammunition for Ukrainian forces arriving in Ukraine would be destroyed.
"The United States and its NATO allies continue to supply weapons to Ukraine. I note that we consider any transport of the North Atlantic Alliance that arrived on the territory of the country with weapons or materials for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces as a legitimate target," Shoigu said.
