The opposition Serb Radical Party (SRS) says the health of its leader Vojislav Seselj took a sudden turn for the worse and that he asked for medical attention. Seselj was charged with war crimes by the Hague Tribunal in 2003 and turned himself in the same year. He has been incarcerated ever since, and his trial started in 2007. Seselj's health "suddenly deteriorates" The SRS on Monday again asked for Seselj to be released immediately, claiming the prosecution had not proven any counts in the indictment, and "his life is still in danger due to the negligence of the Hague Tribunal." The SRS believes the Hague is "tendentiously neglecting Seselj's deteriorating health with the intention of causing his death, because the prosecution has suffered a fiasco". Seselj had a pacemaker implanted in January. Vojislav Seselj (file) Tanjug
