Police investigating Đinđić murder background

“Police officials have formed a special group which will work under my leadership. The case is a state secret, that is the only reason why I cannot say who has already been called in and questioned by the police, what questions were asked, nor who else will be called in for questioning,” Radovanović told daily Večernje novosti.

In the past several weeks, a number of former state officials and associates of slain Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Đinđić have incriminated one another in a series of media appearances, allegedly in a bid to clarify the circumstances that led to the March 12, 2003, assassination.
