Inzko warned that "the downward trajectory along with Bosnia-Herzegovina moves unfortunately continued", while "biggest problems are caused by obstruction and inefficiency at different levels of government."

According to the document, parts of which were published by Inzko office, the already difficult social and economic situation was further complicated by the catastrophic floods of May which caused damages of more than EUR 2 billion.

In the 46th report of a high representative, it is also stated that the accumulated problems in Bosnia-Herzegovina should finally begin to be decisively resolved, "so it is necessary to end the practice present so far and start with a new way of conducting politics."

"The failure of authorities to respond effectively to the floods, the continuous challenges to the Dayton Agreement and the anti-democratic electoral rhetoric pose serious problems," said Inzko, local media in Bosnia reported.
