Three persons have been arrested in Macedonia on suspicion that they attempted to smuggle 152 kilograms of "high quality" marijuana.

SKOPJE Three persons have been arrested in Macedonia on suspicion that they attempted to smuggle 152 kilograms of "high quality" marijuana. Those under arrest were identified as Albanian citizens Feim Strataj and Albert Lamaj, and Macedonian citizen Abdul Ramandani. Albanians and Serb team up to smuggle drugs The Serbian, identified as Dragan Puhovac, is still at large. Macedonian Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska told a news conference in Skopje that the drugs were trafficked to her country from Albania, and were meant to be shipped to Serbia. According to her, the traffickers agreed that the price would be EUR 1,000 per kilogram. The Macedonian and Serbian police will continue to investigate the case "in order to reach other person who might be involved", she said. Tanjug

The Serbian, identified as Dragan Puhovac, is still at large.

According to her, the traffickers agreed that the price would be EUR 1,000 per kilogram.

The Macedonian and Serbian police will continue to investigate the case "in order to reach other person who might be involved", she said.
