A record low temperature of minus 32 degrees Celsius was recorded on Tuesday morning in central Romania. Temperatures plummeted to minus 34.4 degrees in the central district of Covasna on Monday. The lowest temperatures ever recorded in this part of the country never fell minus 29.5 degrees, reports said.
