Croatia Libertas, an NGO based in Mostar, Bosnia, has filed war crimes suits against 375 persons, reports say. The lawsuits are based on Ivica Mlivoncic's book entitled, "Muslim camps for Croats in Bosnia-Herzegovina 1991-95". Bosnian Croats sue 357 for war crimes Among those accused of war crimes are high-ranking Muslim religious dignitary in Bosnia Mustafa Ceric, military commander Selmo Cikotic, Sefer Halilovic, Haris Silajdzic, Dzevad Mlaco, Safet Cibo, Dragan Vikic, Bakir Alispahic, Zulfikar Alispago, Nezim Halilovic, and a number of foreign nationals who came to Bosnia from several Arab and Asian countries, the NGO said. "We have evidence that 331 concentration camps existed, set up by the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina, exclusively for non-Bosniaks [non-Muslims]. Based on new testimonies and new material evidence, we have also submitted an earlier complaint which we expect to at long last enter an investigative phase," Croatia Libertas said in a statement today. "We are deeply disappointed with the Bosnian prosecution and courts' behavior so far, since they did not investigate and process a single crime committed against Croats, but also against other non-Bosniaks, so we are free to conclude that the judicial institutions of Bosnia-Herzegovina have no strength to process war crimes committed by Bosniaks and the Army of Bosnia-Herzegovina," the statement said. The press release also said that the criminal complaints in question will be sent to the Human Rights Department of the United Nations.
