As a Serb who have lived in Bosnia, nothing surprises me. I now live in France and I try to forget what happened then, but it seems that every month we hear more about crimes committed by all without consideration for the victims.

Marko,

I am saying that the Croats did know and prosecution of these crimes now serves their political purpose. Disgusting really. If the Muslim Croat political relationship was good, these victims would remain forgotten.

I think both Serbs and Croats were fooled by the ICTY that there would be an effort to investigate and try crimes done to them by Muslims if they cooperated and gave evidence.

But the ICTY ignored these cases, so apparently it does not consider them "important". Therefore the so-called "Rome agreement" does not apply.

If over 15 years later there's been no prosecution and justice for crimes by Muslims against Serbs and Croats, they should take care of the prosecution themselves.

Tim, maybe they didn't know that nothing was being done about their complaints or maybe they did not have the resources to find the specific evidence that has now come to their attention. This is not the sort of thing that has some sort of limitation period; this is a warcrime complaint.
