OHR official faces "criminal enterprise" suit
The Republic of Srpska (RS) government will sue Raffi Gregorian for forming a criminal enterprise against this entity, PM Milorad Dodik says.

The Republic of Srpska (RS) government will sue Raffi Gregorian for forming a criminal enterprise against this entity, PM Milorad Dodik says. Gregorian is the deputy high representative to Bosnia-Herzegovina, with the international Office of the High Representative (OHR). OHR official faces "criminal enterprise" suit Radio Free Europe reports today that Dodik announced the lawsuit would be submitted to the Bosnian prosecution on Monday. In the lawsuit, Gregorian will be joined by foreign prosecutors and judges with the Bosnia-Herzegovina Court and Prosecution, President of the People's Front Dragomir Babic, journalist Slobodan Vaskovic and deputy Bosnian Chief Prosecutor Milorad Barasin. Dodik explained that his government has information that "Gregorian is behind a request to start an investigation into the construction of the RTS home of the RTRS [RS radio and television], and into the work of some other companies, while Vaskovic and Babic are continuously taking false information about the affairs in the RS to Sarajevo, misleading the state prosecuting organs". OHR reacted by saying that "Premier Dodik is mocking the rule of law". This office's representatives also called on Dodik to "stop making provocative statements and fulfill his numerous legal obligations and promises, including a recent one that the court order to submit documents directly to the state prosecution will be honored fully, and unconditionally". Babic also commentedon the news by saying that the RS prime minister is "trying to cover up his own crime, and create an image of himself as the protector of the Republic of Srpska". Vaskovic, who anchors an FTV program called "60 Minutes", also blames Dodik of "using all means at his disposal to prevent serious criminal activities he is involved in to come to light". "I have published all the documents on the RS government's illegal activities in my program and have won three times in libel cases Dodik had filed against me. Therefore I consider this an open call to lynch," Vaskovic was quoted as saying.
