Kosovo PM "to snub next round of dialogue" - report
Mustafa's advisor and Deputy Minister of Local Self-Government Bajram Gecaj told the paper that the government in Pristina has not yet received an official invitation for the meeting in Brussels, "and still has no proposals for any of the topic the two prime ministers might discuss."Gjecaj "confirmed the position of Prime Minister Mustafa that he will not travel to Brussels before Kosovo gets a recommendation to abolish visas required by EU countries."
Asked "whether the issue of (EU) visa liberalization is used as a condition for the resumption of dialogue" Gjecaj "did not give a concrete answer but said the liberalization will happen this year."
In his New Year interview , Mustafa said he would "not travel to Schengen countries until Kosovo is given a green light for the visa liberalization process."
At the same time, said the report, Adonis Tahiri of the opposition Self-Determination party told Zeri that Mustafa "cannot be trusted and has neither the legitimacy nor the legality to resume the talks with Serbia since he signed the unconstitutional agreement on the Community of Serb Municipalities."
