Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic has announced that his final decision on calling early parliamentary elections will be made "by October 15."

PM: Many reasons in favor of early elections, one against

The prime minister said there were many reasons to call early elections and "a big one" against - economic reforms.

"There are many reasons in favor of early elections, among them the current atmosphere that is palpable among the public, a restart of relations, as well as the need to check which political option in Serbia is supported by the public," the leader of the ruling SNS said.

As for "the reason against" such a decision, Vucic explained it was "the continuation of economic reforms, economic consolidation and restructuring of public enterprises."
