BELGRADE No liaison offices will be opened in either Belgrade or Pristina, nor will anything have “Republic of Kosovo” written in its title, says Dejan Pavicevic. "All agreements have status neutrality as a prerequisite. We are speaking about 'Belgrade' and 'Pristina' only, to avoid anything that could jeopardize the status neutrality,” newly appointed Belgrade's liaison officer in Pristina told Belgrade-based daily Danas. According to Pavicevic, a liaison officer is “just one person, not a delegation,” and therefore no office will be established. Pavicevic stated that Pristina's liaison officer will sit in the building of the EU Delegation in Belgrade, while he, as Belgrade's representative, will work in the office of EU Special Representative in Kosovo Samuel Zbogar.
