No liaison offices will be opened in either Belgrade or Priština, nor will anything have “Republic of Kosovo” written in its title, says Dejan Pavićević.

How is that different from Albanian spinning, John? A liaison is not an ambassador, sorry.

The only difference is that Albanians care about the subtance whereas Serbs care about the labeling. So, yes, Serbs are correct and Albanians are wrong when it comes to labeling, and viceversa when it come to the substance. And there is nothing new here - Serbs is years now that fight about labels when it comes to Kosovo and, to be fair, they've certainly won those fights :)

Balkan Insight reports:

http://www.balkaninsight.com/en/article/kosovo-and-serbia-liaison-officers-ready-to-start

"..Dejan Pavicevic, Belgrade's officer in Pristina, will work in the office of EU Special Representative in Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar.

His Kosovo counterpart, Lulzim Peci, will sit in the building of the EU Delegation in Belgrade.."

Status neutral then.

In the dictionaries it does not say liaison officers are sent within countries but outside of countries to other countries or territories!! So liaison officer from Belgrade is a strident recognition of independence.

Answer is very simple. Prishtina and Belgrade, just like Washington DC and Paris. What more do you want???

Of course, albanians don't have addresses, just 'Care of Thaci' or 'Ceku'. What a bright boy!

"Any government that opposed Kosovo independence would not have anything like a liaison officer as it is an ambassador! "

I recommend Wikipedia or an arbitrary dictionary (yes, even an Albanian one) which can explain what an ambassador and what a liaison officer is to an ignoramus.

who the hell cares if you want to call him liaison officer or ambasador. the only importance is that should Serbia stop standing on our way to prosperity and stop breaking our b**s.

Any government that opposed Kosovo independence would not have anything like a liaison officer as it is an ambassador! There should be no talk of Belgrade and pristina as if they were equal!

Well that's weird, Brian (don't be fooled by his attempted Anglo-Saxonization he's 100% Albanian guys) is trying to convince us they found him a wonderful residence in Dedinje with all the perks of a real ambassador.

Don't get me wrong now, this liaison b.s. should not happen at all but its nothing that can't be fixed when corruption and treason is removed from Belgrade once and for all.
