“Government conclusion to finalize solutions”

Results reached by Belgrade and Priština will be finalized with a conclusion passed by the Serbian government, Belgrade team head Borislav Stefanović has said.

Results reached by Belgrade and Pristina will be finalized with a conclusion passed by the Serbian government, Belgrade team head Borislav Stefanovic has said. He pointed out on Friday that the results would not be finalized with an agreement signed by the two sides. “Government conclusion to finalize solutions” Presenting the results to the Serbian parliament's Committee for Kosovo, Stefanovic said the conclusion would prevent any possibility of recognizing Kosovo's independence. After members of the opposition Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) criticized the fact the results had not been put to paper and parliament had not discussed them, he said he could not understand the calls for ratification in parliament which would mean recognition of Kosovo's independence. The main objection from the opposition was that with the agreement on license plates and identification cards, Serbia recognized these documents.
