UNMIK Chief Joachim Ruecker has told Pristina daily Ekspres that he will leave Kosovo after June. Ruecker indirectly confirmed that his successor, who will also hold the post of the UN secretary-general’s special representative, will not have the same powers as him or the once traditional UN special representative.
