Serbia's Small and Medium Enterprise Agency and Norwegian SINTEF have signed a cooperation contract. The deal aims to establish and develop a Serbian Center for Support to Business Incubators. Norway assists business incubators The contract was signed as part of the ENTRANSE program, financed by the government in Oslo. The center will provide consulting, educational, legal and financial aid services. It will also engage in finding the markets and interested partners for Serbia's business incubators, the agency said in a statement.
