Belgrade – The Appellate court in Belgrade has decided to terminate the detention to the former President of the Board "Agrobanka". The indictment was filed against Slavoljub Koricanac, Bojan Zaric, Boban Labovic, Vehbi Papic, Dusko Sekulic, Dragomir Jovanovic Borko Filipovic, Nenad Maricic, Snezana Paunovic, Dragovan Milinkovic, Milos Markovic, Dusko Sunjevaric, Bratislava Mihajlovic, Branimir Uzelac, Saud Hasovic, Slobodan Ratkovic, Milos Uzelac, Milan Antonic, Zvezdan Damjanovic and Stojan Stojanov. They are charged with irregularities in granting credits and bank guarantees in "Agrobanka", which were granted to enterprises ‘Habit farm "," Swiss pharmacy "," Swiss inter Medikal "," Product Trade Finance"," Western Style"" Mercury International "," Luton "," New days "," Head Commerce "and" Drina Timber.
