KM: Arrests over possession of explosives

Two persons were arrested in northern Kosovo for possessing “great amounts of explosives”, the Kosovo police, KPS, regional official Erdin Medić said.

Two persons were arrested in northern Kosovo for possessing “great amounts of explosives”, the Kosovo police, KPS, regional official Erdin Medic said. He told Tanjug that KPS arrested persons identified as I.N. from Kosovska Mitrovica and J.M. from the village of Mosnica near Leposavic. KM: Arrests over possession of explosives They are, Medic added, “connected to a large number of explosions in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica in December 2009 and January 2010”. “During the arrest in northern Kosovska Mitrovica and the village of Mosnica, the police found with the arrested persons 5.16 kg of explosive, 93 detonators, one automatic rifle and 280 7.62mm bullets,” the KPS official told Tanjug.

They are, Medić added, “connected to a large number of explosions in the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica in December 2009 and January 2010”.

“During the arrest in northern Kosovska Mitrovica and the village of Mošnica, the police found with the arrested persons 5.16 kg of explosive, 93 detonators, one automatic rifle and 280 7.62mm bullets,” the KPS official told Tanjug.
