A bomb planted under a care belonging to the local self-government ministry of the Prstina government exploded last night in Klokot. The incident happened while the car was parked in the yard of Refik Halili. No injuries were reported. Bomb explodes under Kosovo ministry car Halili is a member of a team formed to set up "the new municipality of Klokot". Klokot is a Serb enclave in eastern Kosovo. The Kosovo Albanian government is organizing local elections in the province on November 15.
