Mahmut Uksini, 31, has been accused of killing his victims in the Orahovac municipality. Suspected killer of two Serbs in custody Judge Dragomir Jordanov if Bulgaria made the decision, on recommendation from international prosecutor Robert Dean. The judge said investigative detention was introduced against the suspect as there was fear he might flee from Kosovo. Uksini's defense lawyers objected to this, and said the indictment against their client was "politically motivated", asking that he be placed under house arrest. Uksini was arrested in Macedonia in 2008 on an arrest warrant issued by Serbia, accused of grave war crimes committed in Kosovo, and was extradited to the Kosovo authorities earlier this week. In 2006, UNMIK police question the suspect, reports said.
