The number of Ratko Mladic’s financial supporters has significantly decreased, the Action Team for cooperation with the Hague Tribunal says. Sources with this body told the Belgrade Daily Vecernje Novosti that Serbian authorities were doing everything they could to stop the financing of Ratko Mladic. Number of Mladic helpers decreases They said that "some have given up out of fear of being arrested, while others upon realizing that their money is spent privately by the very people who collect the money". The daily’s sources claim that the first on the list of suspects for providing financial support to this Hague fugitive is his son Darko and his company Impakt. The authorities have earlier confirmed a decision that any citizen who provides correct information about the place where Mladic is hiding will receive a EUR 1mn award.
