A report from FBI experts on evidence pertaining to the deaths of two soldiers has reached Belgrade District Court. According to court spokesman Ivana Ramic, the report is in English and has been sent for translation, after which it will be sent to the Public Prosecution’s Military Department in Belgrade. Dragan Jakovljevic and Drazen Milovanovic were killed on October 5, 2004, under hitherto unknown circumstances, in front of the Karas military facility in Topcider in Belgrade. A military tribunal found that the soldiers had died at each other’s hands following an argument, while an independent commission set up by the Defense Supreme Council and led by Bozo Prelevic, concluded that the soldiers had been murdered.
