90.7 kilometers of Corridor 10 highway to be built in 2016

A total of 90.7km of the Corridor 10 highway will be built in Serbia this year, with the project aimed at reconstructing 1,100km of roads to continue as well.

20 infrastructure projects worth a total of RSD 14.065 billion will be implemented, with the construction of the Corridor 11 highway from Belgrade to Montenegro to continue as well.

The ministry said that it is proud of the results achieved in 2015, when 91.1 km of highways were built.

Also, 190 km of roads were reconstructed, 206 new bridges built and nine tunnels bored.

The entire Transport Corridor 10 should be built by the end of 2016 or early 2017 at the latest.

This year, the ministry will support the Serbian construction industry with RSD 30 million.
