The Serbian dinar weakened by 0.2 percent, or RSD 0.18, on Tuesday, ending its five-day upward trend against the euro.

BELGRADE The Serbian dinar weakened by 0.2 percent, or RSD 0.18, on Tuesday, ending its five-day upward trend against the euro. The official middle exchange rate is now RSD 117.3778 for one euro, the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) has said in a release. Serbian dinar weakens by 0.2 percent The dinar is 1.1 percent stronger against the euro than a month ago, and 13.1 percent lower against the hard currency than a year earlier. The national currency hit its lowest value of RSD 119.0723 for one euro on August 9, while being the strongest on January 11, at 103.6922. The indicative dinar-versus-dollar exchange rate is down by 0.1 percent and amounted to RSD 93.7822 on Monday. Year-on-year, the dinar slid against the U.S. dollar by 24.5 percent.
